「１１９」に電話しましょう。

アプリケーションのLINE電話や
Facebookのメッセンジャーからは、つながりません。
消防を呼ぶ時の電話番号は、
「119」
※救急車を呼ぶときと一緒の番号です。
消防・救助活動されても、
料金等は、お金は掛かりません。
無料で対応してくれます。

消防局情報センターに通報する時は、落ち着いて電話を掛けましょう。
最初に、オペレーターが、次の様に聞きます。
「１１９番、消防です。救急ですか? 火災ですか?」
(This is 119 fire depertment. Do you need fire or ambulance?)
あなたは、
「火災(レスキュー)です」(fire (or rescue))
言いましょう。
あなたが電話で伝える事
①場所の情報
・近くの店の名前
・自動販売機に書いてある住所
・電信柱に書いてある住所
・信号の名前
②何が、どうなっているのか
・（火事）何が燃えているのか
・（レスキュー）どの様な助けが必要か
など
③どの様な状態か
・（火事）どこが燃えているか、煙の色など
・（レスキュー）どの様な場所なのか（川、ビルの間とか）
など
④人について
・けが人はいるか
・何人なのか
など
⑤あなたの名前や電話番号など
日本語で伝えにくい時
日本語で伝えにくい時
もし、日本語で説明が出来ない時は、
「私は、日本語が話せません。英語で話せますか?」と伝えてください。
最近では、三者通話システムを使って、通訳の人を使って通報できます。
