Sadly, had to stop sales from my online store to Italy after repeated missing packages there :-(
Out of a dozen or so packages mailed to Italy in the last couple of months, all but one have been reported by customers as no-shows.
It's a shame, as I love the country, but WTF is with their postal service? Anyone shine any light on the situation?
